Vendor Information

<aside> ✨ Our vendor information contains all of our vendor policies and a summarized version of our vendor procedures. Do note that brands that receive an offer to join us as a vendor will be provided with our vendor guide that goes in detail on all summarized content. You will be able to read our vendor guide before confirmation of your slot.

Administrative procedures in preparation of your rental

• Vendors are required to have an inventory list in form of an excel sheet for their products.
• Vendors are required to have labels on every product. Labels can be handwritten or printed.
• Each product is required to be ready packed at display without need of additional packaging.

IMPORTANT: PRODUCT DECLARATION

• This section serves to protect the interests of the store as well as the interests of our vendors with predominantly handmade or self-designed products.
• Do note that brands with any products under this section is subjected to higher curation criteria and standards compared to fully handmade or self-designed brands.
• All applicants are required to declare if they intend to sell any products under any of the following categories.

<aside> 1️⃣ Reselling non-handmade or products not designed by you!

• Examples: crystal brands, brands that wholesale from overseas (either mass produced or international small businesses) </aside>

<aside> 2️⃣ White labelling: purchasing a fully ready made product and rebranding it as your own by simply putting your own label and/or packaging.

• Example: purchasing ready made accessories like necklaces or earrings to resell and rebrand. </aside>

• All applicants are taken to provide true and correct information during declaration. Any dishonesty is taken as evasion of our curation assessment which will disqualify you as an applicant or be subjected to immediate vendor termination.

The start of your rental: Drop off & self-set up.

• Vendors can either (1) set up in person or (2) opt to drop off their products a few days before the start of their rental to have the team set up according to their set up picture reference.
