Vendor Information

<aside> ✨ Our vendor information contains all of our vendor policies and only a summarized version of our vendor procedures. Do note that brands that receive an offer to join us as a vendor will be provided with our vendor guide that goes in detail on all summarized content. You will be able to read our vendor guide before confirmation of your slot.

Operating hours

• Tuesday to Sunday
• 1.30pm-6.30pm
• Closed every Monday and 31st of the month by default.
• We will be open on every Public Holiday unless otherwise indicated. </aside>

Administrative procedures in preparation of your rental

• Vendors are required to have an inventory list in form of an excel sheet for their products.
• Vendors are required to have labels on every product. Labels can be handwritten or printed.
• Each product is required to be ready packed at display without need of additional packaging.

The start of your rental: Drop off & self-set up.

• Vendors can either (1) set up in person or (2) opt to drop off their products a few days before the start of their rental to have the team set up according to their set up picture reference.
• Vendors can also opt to send over their products and display via courier at their own risk.
• Vendors are required to have their own display props.

During your rental: Restocks & sales reports.
